We’ve seen it time and again:
→ A teacher begins to believe in the power of peer learning.
→ A school leader creates space for children to express themselves.
→ A student, once silent, asks their first question aloud.
Learning environments that encourage curiosity, joy, imagination, and critical thinking unlock superpowers: abilities that help people unlock their potential and become who they want to be.
🌟 Imagine a good school for every child.
We work with governments to help school leaders and teachers create learning spaces where children thrive. We support systems change that improves learning outcomes across entire districts and states, not just one school at a time.
We make good schools happen by enabling school heads and educational officials to:
1. Evaluate schools
2. Create a pathway of improvement that involves their peers
3. Sharing of knowledge between different schools
Look at recent snapshots of what improved schools look like! School improvements are measured under various domains of the Shaala Siddhi Framework, a national benchmark of quality of education.
Hear from our field practitioners!
“Today,” Pema shares, “whether I’m working with school leaders, documenting best practices, or interacting with children in schools I carry this superpower with me: the belief that learning transforms lives.”
(The superhero you see in these images is Arka: a student who unlocked her superpowers in the classroom. Arka is our superhero mascot for this campaign, representing the powers that are found through quality education.)
Crowdfunding for Thriving Learning Environments in Government Schools
This week, we’re inviting people who support our cause to contribute and stand by us as we bring happy classrooms to more and more children. With these funds, we aim to support 8,000 more government schools with the tools and the vision for high-quality education in even some of the most remote nooks in the country.
We’re aiming to raise ₹30 lakhs to help us get there.
🌈 Would you like to help unlock the superpowers of India’s children?
Together, we can create a good school for every child.
